It is suitable for the raising finish of synthetic microfibers, as well as for the raising and sanding finishes of cotton, T/C, polyester, nylon, and other fabrics. After treatment, the fabric feels comfortable and raises smoothly.

4. Can be used for lubricating, sanding, and raising of cone yarns, ensuring smooth raising.

【Usage Methods】

Recommended process:

1. Padding method

Process: (One dip and one nip, pick-up rate 70%~80%) → Drying → Setting

Recommended dosage: 20~30g/L

2. Immersion method

Process: Immersion (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drain → Rinse → Dry

Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f~3% o.w.f

【Precautions】

1. Small-scale testing should be conducted first to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
